Welcome! I’m Niemah, a licensed nail technician specializing in acrylic, gel x, gel manicures and pedicures, and senior services. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies. Please read them carefully before scheduling your service. I am primarily a travel technician, I do however have a temporary space for MANICURES ONLY. Service Details & Requirements • Mobile Service: I am a travel technician providing in-home services. There is no physical salon location. • Setup Requirements: Clients must provide a suitable area for setup, including a working electrical outlet. A water source is required for pedicure appointments. • Environment: I welcome children and animals, provided they do not interfere with the appointment. Booking, Deposits & Payments • Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost. Deposits are nonrefundable but transferable, allowing one complimentary reschedule using the original deposit. • Please book per your needs during your appointment time. Your service and additional add ons should be selected all at the time of booking your appointment to see accurate time slots. Please do not book a random service just to reserve a space on my calendar unless already discussed. If appointments run longer than what my workday usually permits clients will be charged an extended hours fee starting at $35 an hour. • Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 75% of the service fee. • No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Last-Minute Changes: Appointment changes, including same-day rescheduling (considered a last-minute cancellation), must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. • Same-Day Appointment Grace Period: Clients booking same-day appointments have a 10-minute window from the time of booking to cancel without incurring any cancellation fee. Travel & Additional Fees • Travel Fee: A travel fee applies from my location to your address. This fee becomes nonrefundable once I begin the drive. Please double-check your address to avoid additional travel fees for misdirected appointments. • Stairs Fee: For buildings without elevators, a fee of $10 applies for transporting materials via stairs. • Parking: Any parking fees or tolls incurred are the responsibility of the client. Please provide parking details in advance if applicable. Service Exclusions, Health & Safety • Health & Safety: I will not provide services to anyone with damaged or infected nails or if you are feeling unwell. Your safety and mine are paramount. Clients who are sick are rescheduled without penalty. Clients date of reschedule will be at least 2 weeks out from original date. This is to avoid germs being spread to technician. If clients fail to comply they will no longer be able to book, my health is just as important to me as yours is to you. • Please have bare nails at the time of your appointment as I do not work over other technicians work, if there is product on the nail at arrival client will incur a fee to soak the product off . If there is no time to do this the appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the service will be charged. Please keep in mind I travel with only necessary items to complete your booked service. • Safety Clause: I reserve the right to decline or terminate a service if I feel that my safety is at risk or if I encounter a hostile environment. Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and secure environment throughout the appointment. Home services are to be booked by clients 21+ ; underage personnel must have permission from parents. • Service Limitations: Services are nonrefundable. However, if you experience any issues with the service, complimentary fixes are available within the first 24 hours. Privacy, Liability & Modifications • Privacy: All personal and payment information is used solely for appointment management and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for further details. • Liability: I take every precaution to ensure a safe and professional service. However, by booking, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate information about your location and setup. I cannot be held liable for issues arising from incorrect details or unforeseen circumstances at the service site. • Policy Modifications: I reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and will apply to all future appointments. Agreement By booking an appointment with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies. Contact If you have any questions or require further clarification on any of the above policies, please contact me prior to booking your appointment. ⸻ Nail Care • Nail Maintenance: Attempting to file, buff, or tamper with your nails during your service will result in a ban. We do not work over the work of other technicians; come with pre-soaked nails or be prepared for a removal charge. • Quality Assurance: Quality is assured to clients who maintain their nail care both at home and through appointments. I reserve the right to deny service if I believe it could be damaging to your nails. I will refuse clients who exhibit irresponsible behavior with their nail enhanc • Event Bookings: Events must be booked 2 weeks in advance. Custom Press-Ons • Consultation: To discuss and book custom press-ons, please schedule a press-on consultation. • Pricing and Preparation: Press-on nail and toe sets are priced based on an hourly rate of $30 per hour. Exact time stamps will be available to client to verify pricing. Processing time requires 3-5 business days for preparation. We use FedEx 3 Day Shipping - pick-up options are available; inquire during your press-on consultation. PLEASE note upon reading that selecting this appointment on the date is not the day your press ons will be finished but the day and time they will be started. Cancellation Policy

Any and All Cancellations are to be done at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Penalty for last minute cancellation is 65% of the service. Fees will have to be paid before scheduling next appointment
