Welcome to Gotham Aesthetics Studio! My name is Niemah , and I am a licensed nail technician specializing in gel and acrylic manicures and pedicures. With a passion for nail health and aesthetics, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve beautiful, healthy nails. I use aseptic techniques in all services to ensure a safe and secure environment for every client. Health and Hygiene • Nail Condition: We cannot service clients with any nail fungus. Nails must be fully intact with no damage or fungus on the natural nail plate. If these standards are not met, your deposit will be forfeited, and the appointment will not resume unless another service is booked. • Personal Hygiene: Please ensure proper personal hygiene prior to booking pedicures. A pedicure does not replace necessary bathing. • Sickness Policy: Please avoid attending appointments if you are feeling unwell, as we serve more than just you. Sick clients will be asked to reschedule, forfeiting their original deposit. • Client Forms: Please fill out all client forms and questions prior to your appointment. Appointment Policies • Appointments Required: We do accept walk-ins, Appointments are priority so walk in slots aren’t a guarantee. Please ensure you have a confirmed with me an appointment before arriving. If you haven’t received a confirmation, you do not have an appointment. • Client Information Any and all information used to book an appointment to contact the client must be of the client whose name is booked on the appointment. Please do not include other peoples information on the appointment as it makes it extremely hard to contact. • Arrival Time: Clients should arrive on time for their appointments. If you arrive early, please wait in the designated area until your scheduled time. Late Arrivals • Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is offered. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will incur a cancellation fee of 60% of the service price. Cancellations • Last-Minute Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 60% of the service price. • No Call No Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior communication, you will be charged 100% of the service price and banned from future bookings. Guest Policy • No Additional Guests: Additional guests are not allowed in the studio !!!! Please DO NOT bring children into my studio. Security Access • Building Access: To enter the studio, please use the call box to contact me directly for security access. Nail Care • Nail Maintenance: Attempting to file, buff, or tamper with your nails during your service will result in a ban. We do not work over the work of other technicians; come with pre-soaked nails or be prepared for a removal charge. • Quality Assurance: Quality is assured to clients who maintain their nail care both at home and through appointments. I reserve the right to deny service if I believe it could be damaging to your nails. I will refuse clients who exhibit irresponsible behavior with their nail enhancements. • Nail Fixes: Free nail fixes are available within the first 24 hours after your service. After this period, you are required to book a new appointment for a nail fix. Specials and Outside Bookings • Specials/Promotions: Specials and promotions must be booked during their specified dates. Booking outside of the offer period will be denied. • Travel Appointments: Travel appointments must be booked 72 hours in advance. Travel fees are due upfront when booking. • Event Bookings: Events must be booked 2 weeks in advance. Custom Press-Ons • Consultation: To discuss and book custom press-ons, please schedule a press-on consultation. • Pricing and Preparation: Press-on nail and toe sets are priced based on design and length, requiring 3-5 business days for preparation.
